We've just begun a new section on building the Somes Sound 12 1/2, with two slide shows up now (Part one, jig, molds and backbone; Part two, scarfing and planking—more to follow. While the boat being built is a SS 12.5, the process is the same for other designs, just a bit different here and there depending on specific details for each design. (We'll be doing building slide shows for the other designs, too; the SS 12.5 is just the first.)
